After I was asked in class to find a template I came across the University of Maryland's website evaluation template. I liked this one because it is neatly organized and easy to navigate. Some of the questions this template uses are the same important questions that we asked in class, such as: who is the author? what is the purpose of the website? how organized is the page?
I believe that this is definitely usable by high school/college students, but I would definitely use it as a teacher if I needed to!
